The class moves towards Yin opportunity to find more depth of meditation and physical relaxation. Targets the bodies energetic system and fascial tissue to create optimal mobility throughout the body and mind. The practice is focused on softening and surrendering to gravity. Floor postures are held for longer periods of time. Suitable for all levels and complementary to our ZenFit & other yoga styles.
Our Meditation class will focus on stillness and sound, you may start with breath work to settle the body before Meditation, which can be seated or lying down. This Meditation class will help you relax your mind and body and allow you to experience a sense of stillness. Appropriate for all levels of experience. FIT Coaching brings you the ultimate strength and conditioning workout. Smart programming allows for loads of variety while still factoring in progression for members to see continued improvement in their movements. This class is a great way for beginners to learn correct movement patterns and technique or seasoned Trainers to build on their strength. Class runs for 45 minutes with a maximum of 12 people.
A restorative practice of blending Yin yoga and yoga Nidra. This class is focused on deep nourishing holds followed by a 30mins of deep peaceful yoga Nidra. In a yoga Nidra practice or ‘yogic sleep’ You can be expected to be slowly guided through a full body relaxation, allowing time for your body to feel as though it’s asleep but for your mind to remain conscious. Studies have shown that a 30 minute yoga Nidra practice is equal to 3 hours of sleep it also promotes self-awareness and sense of joy plus reduces stress and tension in the mind and body.
