Megan Bain

Yoga Teacher | Trauma-Informed Guide | Animal Lover

Megan has been practicing yoga for over 10 years, and during that time has experienced firsthand the profound impact it can have on both body and mind. Passionate about inclusivity, she ensures her classes are welcoming and accessible for everyone, with a trauma-informed approach that places care and compassion at the heart of the practice.

Her teaching spans a wide variety of styles — from yin and hatha to vinyasa, ashtanga, and kids yoga. She has also led mandala meditation workshops, bringing creativity and mindfulness together in a way that nurtures connection and stillness. No matter the style, Megan’s aim is always the same: to guide her students toward balance, resilience, and a deeper sense of wellbeing through yoga.

Outside the studio, Megan works part-time as a veterinary nurse and fosters kittens, bringing the same compassion she shares with her students into caring for animals. She has even had the joy of leading puppy yoga — combining two of her greatest loves: animals and mindful movement.

Megan’s classes are an invitation to move, breathe, and reconnect — to yourself, your community, and the simple joys that yoga can bring into everyday life.
