Bianca discovered Pilates during one of the most transformative chapters of her life — after the birth of her third child, while navigating the challenges of postnatal depression. What began as a way to reconnect with her body became a powerful tool for emotional healing, self-care, and strength-building from the inside out.
With over eight years of personal practice and five years of teaching experience, Bianca now shares that same transformative gift with others. Her classes are known for their attention to detail, graceful flow, and thoughtful sequencing — designed to challenge both body and mind while creating a deep sense of connection and presence.
Comprehensively trained across multiple disciplines, Bianca skillfully integrates elements of matwork, reformer, chair, barrels, trap table, jump board, and guided stretching into her sessions. Every class is unique and intentionally curated, offering variety while always remaining sensitive to the needs of her clients.
