TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE

How does the transformation challenge work? In short, the eight-week challenge begins with an Body scan to determine your body composition (eg, fat, lean muscle mass, and water). You review your results with a coach and decide whether your goal is to lose body fat or gain muscle mass and discuss ways to achieve that goal.
