F I T Coaching is the ultimate SWEAT – LIFT – CONDITION group training sessions a Smart unique programming allows for loads of variety while still factoring in progression for members to see continued improvement and optimal results.
Each day we have a different focus within our training plan. Our LIFT programs focussing on strength, technique development
Our SWEAT and CONDITION programs are short intervals building into a mix of short internals to longer endurance workouts.
Monday CONDITION – Slight upper body bias, weighted movements, barbell movements and cardio elements
Tuesday LIFT – Barbell back squats, upper body push movements and lower body accessories
Wednesday SWEAT – Circuit based workouts featuring bodyweight movements, weighted movements, core and cardio elements
Thursday LIFT – Barbell deadlifts, upper body pull, biceps and lower body accessories. In these sessions we also a glute Focus.
Friday CONDITION – slight lower body bias, weighted movements, core and cardio elements
Saturday LIFT – Barbell bench press, front squat, upper body push/pull and triceps
Not only will you create Strength from squat, deadlift you will learn to press your way to improve overall body composition and strength. Our group coaching sessions are programmed to include big lifts along with functional work to give you a well rounded full body workout. In our Conditioning you will see weighted movements, core and cardio elements. This class is a great way for beginners to learn correct movement patterns and technique or seasoned lifters to build on their strength.
Class runs for
45 minutes with a maximum of 12 people allow 1 hour to complete
Our program has progressive levels so that anyone, no matter your fitness level, can partake in our training.

Our SWEAT – LIFT – CONDITIONING Coaching program blends a mixture of cutting edge workout philosophies that instil mindfulness and encourage perseverance. The F I T Coaching maximizes different training techniques while helping each member attain his or her personal goals. The combination of Functional Strength Training Full-Body mobility movements, Obstacle and much more takes our Coaching program to the next level. As we cap each class with 14 attendance you’ll feel more of a semi-private class culture.

Each exercise within our classes are specifically designed to accommodate a wide range of fitness levels. Our coaches are here to help guide you through the exercises as you need help or to challenge your further once you’ve mastered the exercise.

* NEVER DONE F I T BEFORE, CAN I STILL COME ?
Absolutely you can. Theses classes are designed for everybody. If it’s your first time practising F I T, we suggest you just take it a little slower and always ask questions (all questions are great questions) there will be your Coach & fellow friends to encourage you along the way.
* BEFORE YOU TURN UP FOR YOUR FIRST F I T?
Arrive 10-15 minutes before class so you have enough time to meet your Coach and sign in.
* WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
A towel. A bottle of water.
Courageous attitude and your smile.
* WHAT DO I WEAR?
Comfortable clothing that you can move and sweat in.
We practice in bare feet during F I T classes so you create a more functional moving foot. We do this to make our feet and ankles strong. Having the freedom to be bare makes bulletproof feet.
Please leave shoes at the studio entrance.
* ROOM ETIQUETTE?
Turn your phone on silent.
Only bring yourself, your towel, and your water bottle into the room.
Listen to your Coach instructions and always encourage and help one another, leave your EGO at the door.
Respect your body; work within your limits and rest whenever you need.
* WHAT TO DO / EXPECT AFTER CLASS?
If you have any questions feel free to have a chat with your Coach on your way out? They’ll be more than happy to help.
Make sure you drink enough water – 1 litre after practice is a good guide.
You may have some muscular fatigue or soreness; this should resolve within 48 hours. One of the Yin classes will help release tight sore muscles.
* CAN I DO F I T WHEN I’M PREGNANT?
Always check with your doctor in advance and let your Coach know you’re pregnant so they can help you modify as necessary.
