Rediscover your sense of self through physical, emotional, and spiritual development. Emmalene is a Yoga teacher and Holistic Mental Health Consultant. Through her personal journey with overcoming mental illness, Emm developed a concrete framework for helping other women to reconnect with their personal power.

Warrior Circle is a fortnightly women’s group that utilises Vinyasa Yoga as a tool for priming women to engage in deep self-work. This 1.5 hour session provides collective empathy, safety and community as women immerse themselves in a space that supports their self-development.

As women, our evolvement is inevitable. It’s time we consciously allocated space to nurturing it.

This is for anyone needing emotional development or ongoing help through transitions, overwhelm, or any challenging parts of life.
