In this workshop we’ll break down Lift and Mobility exercises techniques.
Learn the basics in a supportive teaching environment.
Build foundations for a strong functional core (no situps required)
Look at the alignment and modifications for exercises so you’ll feel safe and strong.
Demonstrate the use of Functional Movements with instructions and procedures.
The five-movement patterns you need to master-
SQUAT, LUNGE, PUSH,
Learn the importance of breath and the way it supports your core.
1on1 to allow for individual attention and tailored alignment.
Discuss ways to move in your body.
Most importantly, we’ll set you up for success to continue practicing for years to come.

Pierce has been through a huge transformation since he started his fitness journey, 60 kg down in two years really changed his life for the better so much so that he decided to help other people make positives changes to become the best version of themselves, and he became a personal trainer.
Through his own practice Pierce has created a style complimented by elements of powerlifting, bodybuilding and yoga. Mix them together to create a unique practice, for you to experience. He his engaging, safe through the use of teaching correct form and teaching the importance of the mind to muscle connection during movements, while giving a sense of calm but most of all welcoming and fun.
