Spend the first 30mins working through a full body flow. Spend the final 30mins flowing through active mobility stretches to more low intensity floor based movements in your 60min class & a little less in the 45min class to increase muscle elasticity and restoration.

FIT Coaching brings you the ultimate strength and conditioning workout. Smart programming allows for loads of variety while still factoring in progression for members to see continued improvement in their movements.
Strength you will see squat, deadlift and press your way to improve overall body composition and strength. This class is programmed to include strong lifts along with functional work to give you a well rounded full body workout. Conditioning you will see weighted movements, core and cardio elements. This class is a great way for beginners to learn correct movement patterns and technique or seasoned Trainers to build on their strength. Class runs for
45 minutes with a maximum of 12 people.

Our Meditation class will focus on stillness and sound, you may start with breath work to settle the body before Meditation, which can be seated or lying down.
